304.15.708 Emergency cease and desist order when public health, safety, or welfare is endangered -- Fee.

the findings. The emergency cease and desist order is effective immediately upon
service of a copy of the order on the respondent. (2) The department may impose and collect an administrative fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation of a cease and desist order issued in
accordance with this section. Effective: July 15, 2010
