286.7-590 Denial of privilege to advertise certification. The privilege of the corporation to advertise to the public that it is under the supervision <br>of the Department of Financial Institutions may be denied by the commissioner at any <br>time the commissioner has reason to believe there is a violation of any of the provisions <br>of KRS 286.7-410 to 286.7-600 or any rule or regulations promulgated thereunder.
