286.5-601 Federal charter to be recorded -- Evidence. A certified copy of the charter or authorization issued to the successor federal association <br>shall be recorded in the corporation records of the county in which the state association <br>had its principal office and place of business, and may be recorded in any other county in <br>the state, and the recorded charter, authorization or certificate, or a certified copy thereof, <br>shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated. Effective: June 18, 1964 <br>History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 138, sec. 39, effective June 18, 1964. <br>Formerly codified as KRS 289.601. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/12/2006). In accordance with 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 247, secs. 38 and 39, this statute has been renumbered as a section of the <br>Kentucky Financial Services Code, KRS Chapter 286.
