281.728 Persons who may advertise as suppliers of limousine service.

281.728 Persons who may advertise as suppliers of limousine service. (1) No airport shuttle certificate holder, taxicab certificate holder, or U-Drive-It certificate holder shall advertise or hold itself out as supplying limousine service <br>unless the motor vehicle in question meets the definition of limousine in KRS <br>281.014. (2) Nothing in this section shall preclude the holder of an airport shuttle certificate, taxicab certificate, or U-Drive-It certificate from operating a motor vehicle which <br>meets the definition of a limousine under that certificate.
