281.015 Definitions.
Download pdf(1) The term "automobile utility trailer" shall mean any trailer or semi-trailer designed for use with and towed behind a passenger automobile; (2) The term "automobile utility trailer lessor" shall mean any person who is engaged in the business of leasing or renting automobile utility trailers, but shall not include the
agents of such person; (3) The term "utility trailer permit" means a permit authorizing a person to engage in the business of automobile utility trailer lessor, and such permit shall be subject to
the same fees, renewal requirements and suspension and revocation powers as are
imposed in respect to other permits issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 139, sec. 2.
