274.245 Admission of foreign professional service corporation. (Repealed, effective January 1, 2011) A foreign professional service corporation shall be entitled to procure a certificate of <br>authority to transact business in this state only if: <br>(1) The name of the corporation meets the requirements of this chapter; <br>(2) The corporation is organized only for purposes for which a professional service corporation organized under this chapter may be organized; and (3) All the shareholders, not less than one-half (1/2) of the directors, and all the officers other than the secretary and treasurer of the corporation would be qualified persons <br>with respect to the corporation were it incorporated in this state. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 133, sec. 27, effective July 15, 2010.; and repealed ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 1980 Ky.
