274.105 Contents of annual reports. (Effective until January 1, 2011)
In addition to the matter required to be included in annual reports by KRS Chapter 271B, <br>there shall be included in the annual report of each domestic or foreign professional <br>service corporation (a) the names and addresses of all shareholders of said professional <br>service corporation, and (b) a certificate signed by the president of the corporation <br>certifying that all of its shareholders, not less than one half (1/2) of its directors and all <br>officers other than secretary and treasurer, are duly qualified as provided in this chapter. <br>A duplicate original copy of such annual report shall be filed with the regulating board <br>which licenses the shareholders described in the certificate.

274.105 Contents of annual reports. (Effective January 1, 2011) <br>Each professional service corporation shall file an annual report as provided in KRS <br>14A.6-010. A duplicate original copy of each annual report shall be filed with the <br>regulating board which licenses the shareholders of the corporation.
