274.077 Name of professional service corporation. (Repealed, effective January 1,
2011)
The name of a domestic professional service corporation or of a foreign professional <br>service corporation authorized to transact business in this state: <br>(1) Shall contain the words "professional service corporation" or the abbreviation
"P.S.C.";
(2) Shall not contain any word or phrase which indicates or implies that it is organized
for any purpose other than the purposes contained in its articles of incorporation;
(3) Shall satisfy the requirements of KRS 271B.4-010(2); and <br>(4) Shall otherwise conform to any rule promulgated by a regulating board having
jurisdiction of a professional service described in the articles of incorporation of <br>such corporation.

Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2010). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 51, sec. 183,
provides, "The specific textual provisions of Sections 1 to 178 of this Act which <br>reflect amendments made to those sections by 2007 Ky. Acts ch. 137 shall be deemed <br>effective as of June 26, 2007, and those provisions are hereby made expressly <br>retroactive to that date, with the remainder of the text of those sections being <br>unaffected by the provisions of this section."
Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151,
has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
