273.3611 Amended certificate of authority. (Repealed, effective January 1, 2011) (1) A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state shall obtain an amended certificate of authority from the Secretary of State if it changes: <br>(a) Its corporate name; <br>(b) The period of its duration; or <br>(c) The state or country of its incorporation. (2) The requirements of KRS 273.361 for obtaining an original certificate of authority shall apply to obtaining an amended certificate under this section. Effective: January 1, 1989 <br>History: Repealed 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 233, effective January 1, 1989. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
