273.2526 Evidentiary effect of filed document. (Repealed, effective January 1, 2011) A certificate attached to a copy of the document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing <br>his signature, which may be in facsimile, and the seal of this state, shall be conclusive <br>evidence that the original document is on file with the Secretary of State. Effective: January 1, 1989 <br>History: Repealed 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 216, effective January 1, 1989. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
