272.370 Who may organize. Any twenty (20) or more farmers who are residents of one (1) or not more than five (5) <br>counties of this state, whether they own the land they farm or not, may form a nonprofit <br>livestock protective corporation without capital stock under the provisions of KRS <br>272.360 to 272.510.
