272.251 Contracts -- Joint employment by associations. An association may, upon resolution adopted by its board, enter into necessary and proper <br>contracts and agreements for the more economical carrying on of its business. Two (2) or <br>more associations may, by agreement, unite in employing or may separately employ the <br>same personnel, means and agencies for carrying on their businesses. History: Created 1966 Ky.
