272.181 Officers.

272.181 Officers. The board shall elect from their number a president and one (1) or more vice presidents. <br>They shall also elect a secretary and a treasurer, who need not be directors or members of <br>the association. The two (2) offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined in one (1) <br>person. The treasurer may be a bank or other depository, and as such shall not be <br>considered as an officer but as a function of the board and the secretary shall perform the <br>usual accounting duties of the treasurer, except that the funds shall be deposited only as <br>authorized by the board. The bylaws of the association may authorize the creation and fix <br>the responsibilities of any other office. History: Created 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1.
