CHAPTER 272 COOPERATIVE CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS
272.181 Officers.
Download pdfThey shall also elect a secretary and a treasurer, who need not be directors or members of
the association. The two (2) offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined in one (1)
person. The treasurer may be a bank or other depository, and as such shall not be
considered as an officer but as a function of the board and the secretary shall perform the
usual accounting duties of the treasurer, except that the funds shall be deposited only as
authorized by the board. The bylaws of the association may authorize the creation and fix
