271B.15-320 Appeal from revocation. (Repealed, effective January 1, 2011) (1) A foreign corporation may appeal the Secretary of State's revocation of its certificate of authority to the Franklin Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after <br>service of the certificate of revocation. The foreign corporation may appeal by <br>petitioning the court to set aside the revocation and attaching to the petition copies <br>of its certificate of authority and the Secretary of State's certificate of revocation. (2) The court may summarily order the Secretary of State to reinstate the certificate of authority or may take any other action the court considers appropriate. (3) The court's final decision may be appealed as in other civil proceedings. Effective: January 1, 1989 <br>History: Repealed 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 166, effective January 1, 1989. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
