CHAPTER 257 LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY DISEASE CONTROL
257.110 Board may have diseased animals destroyed or slaughtered.
Download pdfinfected with or exposed to any communicable disease and that to prevent the spread of
disease it is necessary to destroy or slaughter that animal, the animal shall be destroyed or
slaughtered, and the owner indemnified as provided in KRS 257.120. Effective: July 13, 1990
