CHAPTER 244 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- PROHIBITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND REGULATIONS
244.340 Containers that package retailer may purchase, keep, or sell in.

two hundred (200) milliliters of distilled spirits or one hundred (100) milliliters of
wine and not exceeding one and seventy-five hundredths (1.75) liters of distilled
spirits or two hundred twenty (220) liters of wine. Containers of fifty (50) milliliters
for distilled spirits shall be permitted. (2) Each container shall have affixed to it all labels as may be required by the administrative regulations of the board, together with all required federal revenue
tax stamps. (3) No container shall be opened nor its contents consumed on the licensed premises unless the licensee also holds a retail drink license. Effective: July 14, 1992
