244.330 One bar allowed for each license -- Service bars. Only one (1) bar, counter or similar contrivance shall be permitted in any place under a <br>single retail drink license, except that, in addition to the one (1) bar permitted by this <br>section, any such licensed place may have necessary service bars, which shall not be in <br>any room in which the members or guests or patrons of the place are invited or permitted <br>to come.
