No wine sold in Kentucky shall contain on its label or elsewhere on the wine's retail <br>container or package the word &quot;Kentucky&quot; or any other word or phrase implying that the <br>origin of the wine is Kentucky, except in the name and address of the winery as required <br>by federal laws or regulations, unless seventy-five percent (75%) of all grapes, grape <br>juice, other fruits, other fruit juices, and honey used in making the wine were produced in <br>the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
