CHAPTER 243 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- LICENSES AND TAXES
243.895 Warning of dangers of drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy to be posted -- Penalty.
Download pdfinches in size, with letters at least one (1) inch high, supplied by the Department of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, and with gender-neutral language supplied by the
Cabinet for Health and Family Services, which shall warn that drinking alcoholic
beverages prior to conception or during pregnancy can cause birth defects. (2) A person who violates subsection (1) of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than fifty dollars ($50). Effective: July 15, 2010
