A manufacturer shall place on each individual package of cigarettes the letters &quot;FSC&quot; or <br>&quot;FS&quot; which signify &quot;Fire Standards Compliance,&quot; indicating compliance with the fire <br>safety performance standard set forth in KRS 227.772(1)(d). The letters shall appear in <br>eight (8) point type and be permanently printed, stamped, engraved, or embossed on the <br>package at or near the UPC Code, if present. Effective: April 1, 2008 <br>History: Created 2007 Ky. Acts ch. 70, sec. 4, effective April 1, 2008.
