CHAPTER 227 FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION
227.750 Contraband.
Download pdfthe owner, all stocks of fireworks or combustibles offered or exposed for sale, stored, or
held in violation of this chapter. All fireworks held, possessed, or used in violation of this
chapter shall be destroyed as contraband. Effective: July 15, 1982
