227.750 Contraband. The state fire marshal shall seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed at the expense of <br>the owner, all stocks of fireworks or combustibles offered or exposed for sale, stored, or <br>held in violation of this chapter. All fireworks held, possessed, or used in violation of this <br>chapter shall be destroyed as contraband. Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky.
