224A.250 Public nature of meetings and records -- Exception for trade secrets. All meetings of the authority shall be public, and the records of the authority shall be <br>open to public inspection at all reasonable times except as otherwise provided in this <br>section. All final actions of the authority shall be journalized, and such journal shall also <br>be open to the inspection of the public at all reasonable times. Any records or information <br>relating to secret processes or secret methods of manufacture or production which may be <br>obtained by the authority, acting in its public and governmental capacity, shall be <br>confidential and shall not be disclosed.
