If a hazardous waste site or facility that has been permitted under KRS 224.50-130 for <br>treatment, storage, or disposal of any of the substances identified in KRS 224.50-130(2) <br>proposes to utilize the facility for the treatment, storage, or disposal of other waste, the <br>proposed change shall be subject to review under KRS 224.46-520(1) and KRS 224.50-<br>130.
