223.050 Fees -- Disposition of fees. A fee established by administrative regulation promulgated by the cabinet pursuant to <br>KRS Chapter 13A shall accompany the application for examination. All registration <br>certificates issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on June 30 following <br>the date of issue, unless renewed by the payment of an annual renewal fee established by <br>administrative regulation promulgated by the cabinet pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A. All <br>fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury <br>and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the cabinet in carrying out the <br>provisions of this chapter. No part of this fund shall revert to the general fund of the <br>Commonwealth. Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Amended 1992 Ky.
