201.990 Penalties. Any person who violates subsection (1) of KRS 201.150 shall be fined not less than one <br>hundred (&#36;100) nor more than two hundred dollars (&#36;200), or imprisoned for not less than <br>thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months, or both.
