196.150 Department may use money received from federal government. The Department of Corrections may accept money from the federal government, or any of <br>its agencies, under any grant agreement entered into by the State of Kentucky or the <br>Department of Corrections. The money may be expended for capital outlay in accordance <br>with the provisions of KRS 56.440 to 56.550. Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Amended 1992 Ky.
