189.820 Emblem required -- Display -- Regulations for mounting emblem. (1) All slow-moving vehicles sold, leased, or rented in, or for use within, the Commonwealth of Kentucky after January 1, 1971, shall have affixed to them as <br>standard equipment a slow-moving vehicle emblem. (2) The slow-moving vehicle emblem shall be displayed as herein provided on all slow- moving vehicles operated day or night upon the public roads within the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky, no later than January 1, 1973. (3) The slow-moving vehicle emblem shall be mounted as near the center of the rear of the slow-moving vehicle as is practicable, and the lower edge of the emblem shall <br>be mounted at least three feet (3') or more above the road surface, and shall be <br>maintained in a clean, reflective condition.
