167.170 Expulsion of students. The Kentucky Board of Education shall alone have the power to expel a pupil from the <br>Kentucky School for the Blind or the Kentucky School for the Deaf. The board may <br>delegate that power to a three (3) member panel of the board. Effective: July 15, 1996 <br>History: Amended 1996 Ky.
