164.991 Penalty. Any person who deliberately violates the provisions of KRS 164.283, upon conviction, <br>shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (&#36;25), nor more than one <br>hundred dollars (&#36;100), and/or imprisonment in the county jail for up to thirty (30) days.
