Page 1 of 1 164.9819 Trainee teams -- Composition -- Administrative regulations regarding fees and expenses. (1) The primary method of providing services through the center shall be by the use of trainee teams. A trainee team shall consist of an eligible client, a professional from <br>a local service agency, and the client's guardian or one or both of the client's <br>parents. (2) The council, after consultation with the center, shall promulgate administrative regulations relating to: <br>(a) Fees charged to sending agencies; <br>(b) Reimbursement of trainee team or client expenses; and <br>(c) Provision of, or reimbursement for, reasonable and customary expenses incurred by trainee teams, clients, or otherwise eligible persons which are not <br>covered by the fees charged to sending agencies. These expenses may include <br>child care for other children of attending parents, guardians, or other persons <br>pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.
