164.942 Termination of fund. The basic coverage compensation fund created hereunder may be terminated upon written <br>application made to the secretary by the university and a finding by the secretary that <br>other satisfactory and adequate arrangements have been made by the university to assure <br>that both existing and future health care malpractice claims or judgments against itself <br>will be paid and satisfied.
