164.850 Appropriations by county. Consistent with subsection (1) of KRS 67.080, the fiscal court of a county containing a <br>city of the first class wherein there is situated a state educational institution affording <br>instruction and conferring degrees above the high school grade, may appropriate county <br>funds for the benefit of such state educational institution.
