164.766 Authority may provide supplemental loans for students.

164.766 Authority may provide supplemental loans for students. The authority is authorized, but not by way of limitation, to enter into such agreements as <br>may be necessary under the federal act to provide programs of supplemental loans for <br>students, parent loans for undergraduate student loans, and consolidation loans in <br>accordance with Section 428A, Section 428B, and Section 428C of the Federal Higher <br>Education Act of 1965, as amended, and this chapter. When necessary to carry out the <br>provisions of the Federal Higher Education Act of 1965 and this chapter, the terms <br>&quot;student,&quot; &quot;student borrower,&quot; and &quot;qualified student&quot; shall include a parent borrower.
