164.766 Authority may provide supplemental loans for students.
Download pdfmay be necessary under the federal act to provide programs of supplemental loans for
students, parent loans for undergraduate student loans, and consolidation loans in
accordance with Section 428A, Section 428B, and Section 428C of the Federal Higher
Education Act of 1965, as amended, and this chapter. When necessary to carry out the
provisions of the Federal Higher Education Act of 1965 and this chapter, the terms
"student," "student borrower," and "qualified student" shall include a parent borrower. Effective: July 15, 1988
