164.756 Nonage not disqualifying for loan guarantee. Any person otherwise qualifying for an education loan advanced or guaranteed or <br>approved by the authority or a national direct student loan as authorized by the National <br>Defense Education Act of 1958, as amended, or a federally guaranteed student loan as <br>authorized by the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, shall not be disqualified by <br>reason of his being under the age of eighteen (18) years; and any such person, for the <br>purpose of applying for, receiving, and repaying such loan, notwithstanding the <br>provisions of existing laws, shall be deemed to have full capacity to act and shall have all <br>the rights, powers, privileges, and obligations of a person of full age with respect thereto.
