164.599 Property and equipment of Northern Community College transferred to Northern Kentucky University -- Accrued funds from government agencies. All property of the Northern Community College at Covington and all property and <br>educational equipment of the University of Kentucky designated for use by the Northern <br>Community College at Covington shall become the property of the Northern Kentucky <br>University. Any funds accruing to the Northern Community College at Covington not <br>previously expended while operated by the University of Kentucky as the result of any <br>contract or agreement with any agency or instrumentality of the United States <br>government, the Commonwealth of Kentucky or local units of government shall be <br>transferred to the Northern Kentucky University.
