(1) Each community college of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System may offer, within the two (2) year academic curriculum of the college, any <br>and all lower division academic courses offered for undergraduate credit at any and <br>all of the four (4) year public colleges and universities. (2) All lower division academic courses offered by the community colleges shall be transferable for academic credit to any and all four (4) year public colleges and <br>universities, regardless of the number of academic credits earned by any student at <br>one (1) or more community college. (3) Nothing in this section shall be construed or interpreted to change, reduce, or otherwise affect the required distribution between lower division and upper division <br>courses now required for matriculation in an undergraduate program at any <br>institution of higher education.
