164.400 Incidental expenses -- Fees.

164.400 Incidental expenses -- Fees. The respective boards of regents of the state universities and colleges and the Kentucky <br>Community and Technical College System shall establish such incidental fees and <br>nonresident tuition fees as will be sufficient for the purpose of paying the incidental <br>expenses of the university or college and as are consistent with the recommendations of <br>the Council on Postsecondary Education. No money derived from nonresident tuition or <br>other fees paid by students shall be used for any other purpose, except such amount as is <br>over and above that needed to defray the incidental expenses.
