164.377 Duplication of keys prohibited. No person shall knowingly make or cause to be made any key, for which notice of the <br>prohibition against duplication thereof has been given either by impressing into the key <br>the legend &quot;Unlawful to duplicate this key&quot; or by placing the notice &quot;It is unlawful to <br>duplicate this key without the permission of the university.&quot; Upon the receipt for the key <br>which is to be signed by the recipient of the key, for any building, laboratory, facility, <br>room, or other lock of any college or university which is supported wholly, or in part, by <br>the Commonwealth of Kentucky, contrary to any administrative regulation respecting <br>duplication of keys by the board of trustees of such college or university.
