(1) State colleges and universities and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System shall provide information on how to prevent the transmission of the human <br>immunodeficiency virus consistent with the Centers for Disease Control guidelines, <br>to all freshmen and transfer students. (2) Each state technical institution, community college, or university shall inform students of the name and telephone number of a technical institution, community <br>college, college, or university counselor trained to counsel persons about the human <br>immunodeficiency virus.
