Each institution of the postsecondary education system, as defined in KRS 164.001(17), <br>that provides in-state tuition for nonresident children of graduates may provide the same <br>in-state tuition for nonresident siblings of graduates. Effective: July 15, 2008 <br>History: Created 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 86, sec. 2, effective July 15, 2008. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2008). A reference to &quot;KRS 164.001(16)&quot; in 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 86, sec. 2, has been changed in condification to <br>&quot;KRS 164.001(17)&quot; by the Reviser of Statutes under the authority of KRS 7.136(1) <br>to reflect the addition of a new subsection and renumbering of succeeding <br>subsections in KRS 164.001 in 2008 Ky. Acts ch.113, sec. 8.
