(1) The Council on Postsecondary Education shall promulgate administrative regulations that require public postsecondary educational institutions to grant credit <br>toward graduation to a student who scores at least &quot;3&quot; on a College Board Advanced <br>Placement examination. (2) The Council on Postsecondary Education shall publish information, in print and electronic format, about the scores required on College Board Advanced Placement <br>examinations at which credit toward graduation and completion of degree <br>requirements will be granted at all Kentucky public and private postsecondary <br>educational institutions. (3) The Council on Postsecondary Education, in conjunction with the Kentucky Board of Education and the Education Professional Standards Board, shall develop <br>guidelines for content knowledge and teacher training in dual enrollment and dual <br>credit programs offered in Kentucky.
