164.060 Meetings, number of -- Special meetings. The council shall meet at least four (4) times each year at such times as it determines by <br>resolution. Special meetings may be called by the chairman. Upon request of three (3) <br>institutions represented on the council, the chairman shall call a special meeting. History: Amended 1962 Ky.
