164.0283 Publication of admissions criteria by public professional schools. Every institution of higher education in the Commonwealth of Kentucky offering <br>professional education programs in the areas of medicine and dentistry shall establish and <br>publish the criteria by which applicants for admission are evaluated and the approximate <br>weight of each criteria including a criterion based upon permanent residence in <br>underserved or underrepresented areas of the Commonwealth. Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 20, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1980.
