There shall be established in the Council on Postsecondary Education an Office of <br>Professional Education Preparation Programs. The office shall have as its principal <br>responsibility the coordination, development, and implementation, through appropriate <br>means, of educational activities directed toward solving the problem of professional <br>manpower distribution in the Commonwealth. For the purposes of KRS 164.028 to <br>164.029, the words &quot;profession&quot; and &quot;professional&quot; mean medicine and dentistry.
