164.021 Advisory Conference of Presidents.
The president or chief executive officer of each four (4) year state institution of higher <br>learning, the president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, and <br>the president of the Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges and Universities shall <br>serve on an advisory conference for the Council on Postsecondary Education. The <br>Advisory Conference of Presidents will receive the full agenda for each meeting of the <br>council a reasonable time prior to the council meeting and, in the event of viewpoints <br>differing from the Council on Postsecondary Education, an elected spokesperson for the <br>conference may meet with the council and the executive committee to present before the <br>council the institutional positions on such issues. At least once each year the Council on <br>Postsecondary Education will meet with the Advisory Conference of Presidents.
