153.388 Kentucky Bicentennial Commission created -- Appointment of members -- Terms. (1) There is hereby created in the executive branch of state government a Kentucky Bicentennial Commission. The commission shall consist of thirty (30) members <br>appointed by the Governor. Members shall serve for a term of three (3) years and <br>shall be eligible for reappointment and shall serve until a successor is appointed and <br>qualified. (2) The commission and the term of members appointed to the commission shall expire June 30, 1993. (3) The commission shall be attached to the Office of Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for administrative purposes. Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Amended 1992 Ky.
