153.320 Kentucky Historical Events Celebration Commission -- Members -- Expiration of commission.

153.320 Kentucky Historical Events Celebration Commission -- Members -- Expiration of commission. (1) There is hereby created in the executive branch of the state government a Kentucky Historical Events Celebration Commission. The commission shall consist of forty <br>(40) members appointed by the Governor, at least two (2) of whom shall be selected <br>from the Department of Public Information. The twelve (12) chairmen of the public <br>information matching funds regions shall also be appointed to the commission. (2) The commission and the terms of members appointed to the commission shall expire December 1, 1976. All vacancies in membership on the commission shall be <br>filled in the same manner as the original appointments were made. History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 2.
