150.700 Destroying private fish pond -- Treble damages.
Download pdfpond, moat, slew, stagnet or pit wherein fish are or will be put or stored by the owner or
person in possession, shall, in addition to any other penalty, pay the party aggrieved treble
the damages sustained. Effective: July 15, 1980
