97.560 Oath of board members.
Download pdfsubscribe to an oath that he will faithfully, diligently and to the best of his ability perform
all the duties as member of the board; that he will not in any manner, directly or
indirectly, be concerned in any contract, purchase, sale or emolument of any kind in
connection with or growing out of any business of the board, or the providing,
purchasing, managing or improving of any park or playground property. The oath shall be
filed in the office of the city clerk and shall be a public record. Effective: October 1, 1942
