CHAPTER 95 CITY POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS
95.951 Qualifications for police or auxiliary police officer.
Download pdfofficer or an auxiliary police officer by a city, urban-county, or charter county government
in the Commonwealth unless he:
(1) Is at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and
(2) Is a high school graduate, has received a general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.), or has received a high school diploma through participation in the external diploma
program. Effective: July 15, 1996
